Atlanta Hawks draftee Nikola Djurisic has signed a G League contract. Djurisic will play for the College Park Skyhawks, who are the Hawks G League affiliate.
The 6-foot-8 wing is recovering from a foot injury he suffered in the offseason. Djurisic recently began doing on-court work, but hasn’t progressed to taking contact or doing team drills yet. By signing with the G League, the Hawks can supervise Djurisic’s recovery.
Atlanta drafted Djurisic with the 13th pick in the second round of the 2024 NBA Draft. In 36 games for Mega Bemax in Serbia last season, the 20-year-old forward averaged 14.8 points, 3.4 assists and 1.2 steals per game.
