Milwaukee Bucks star Khris Middleton has received medical clearance for a certain period but is continuing to work on getting physically prepared for his season debut after undergoing double ankle surgeries, according to Shams Charania.

Middleton, a two-time NBA All-Star, has been integral to the Bucks’ success since joining the team in 2013. Over his career, he has averaged 17.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game, showcasing his ability to contribute across all game areas.

Known for his reliable scoring, clutch shooting, and strong defense, the forward played a key role in helping the Bucks win the 2021 NBA Championship, including hitting critical shots in the Finals.

Before his injuries, Middleton had been a consistent performer for Milwaukee, especially in the postseason, where he averaged 20.1 points per game. His ability to step up in big moments has earned him the nickname “The Bucky Assassin.”
