According to Sam Amico, the Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert ‘would never’ trade star guard Donovan Mitchell to the Los Angeles Lakers.
Gilbert and Koby Altman would seek a lucrative package in return for Mitchell, consisting of multiple draft picks and one or two young players with star potential.
For instance, in potential trade discussions with the Miami Heat, the Cavaliers would ask for Tyler Herro and Jaime Jaquez Jr.
