Dwane Casey withdrew his name from consideration to join the Los Angeles Lakers coaching staff next season, reported Dave McMenamin of ESPN.
Scott Brooks and Rajon Rondo have also been named as possible candidates to join J.J. Redick’s staff.
Dane Johnson will coach the Lakers in the Summer League.
