The New York Giants traveled to Munich, Germany to play the Carolina Panthers on Sunday in a battle of two-win teams.

The Giants came into the NFL’s final international game of the season as favorites for the first time in their last 24 games. They were hoping to snap a four-game losing streak and to remain undefeated in regular-season international games.

The Giants had an embarrassing show on offense in the first half, getting shut out to the 32nd-ranked defense in the NFL. Daniel Jones had two interceptions in the game and missed plenty of opportunities to move the ball down the field.

The Giants found their way back into the game in the second half and forced overtime on their final drive of regulation, tying the game at 17. Unfortunately, the Giants’ best player of the game, Tyrone Tracy, fumbled the ball on the first offensive play of overtime deep in the Giants territory setting up the Panthers’ game-winning field goal.

With the loss, the Giants extend their losing streak to five games.

Here’s how X reacted to the loss.
