The Memphis Grizzlies have signed forward/center Armando Bacot, guard Yuki Kawamura, guard Miye Oni and forward Maozinha Pereira.
Bacot (6-11, 240) appeared in 169 games (168 starts) over his five-year collegiate career (2019-24) at North Carolina and averaged 13.9 points, 10.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.3 blocks in 28.2 minutes before going unselected in the 2024 NBA Draft.Â
Kawamura (5-8, 159) has competed the past five seasons (2019-24) in the Japanese B.League, where he was named the 2022-23 Most Valuable Player as a member of the Yokohama B-Corsairs.Â
Oni (6-5, 206) has appeared in 80 regular season games (one start) and has averaged 1.8 points and 1.4 rebounds in 8.4 minutes over three seasons (2019-22) with the Utah Jazz after he was selected 58th overall in the 2019 NBA Draft.Â
Pereira (6-8, 177) competed in seven games (one start) for the Grizzlies as a rookie last season and averaged 6.9 points and 5.3 rebounds in 17.4 minutes while shooting 51.4 percent from the field.Â
