LeBron James recently shared insights into his son Bronny’s attitude, stating, “He doesn’t give a f—.”

Bronny James will join his father on the Los Angeles Lakers after being drafted No. 55 and signing a four-year contract.

LeBron expressed his admiration for Bronny’s ability to remain unaffected by external opinions.

“Bronny doesn’t care. I actually care a little bit,” LeBron told ESPN’s Dave McMenamin during an interview after USA Basketball practice.

LeBron noted that when he entered the NBA, he was concerned about public perception, unlike Bronny.

“He does not care about nobody. He doesn’t even listen to that stuff,” LeBron emphasized.

LeBron described Bronny as “the coolest” and “the complete opposite of his dad” when it comes to handling criticism.

Bronny’s resilience and indifference to external chatter have impressed LeBron.

The NBA’s all-time leading scorer highlighted Bronny’s unique ability to stay focused despite his father’s fame and wealth.

LeBron praised Bronny’s drive and commitment, especially after recovering from heart surgery.

“Just imagine if you were a kid born into a situation where your dad was super famous, super wealthy, and you still had the drive to accomplish things for yourself,” LeBron said.

LeBron admitted that he might not have had the same drive if their roles were reversed.

“When I was coming up, I had no choice. I had to make it out for me. Bronny has all the choices in the world,” LeBron explained.

The four-time NBA champion acknowledged the difficulty of Bronny’s path and his dedication to basketball.

LeBron believes that Bronny’s ability to ignore criticism is a rare and admirable trait.

“People don’t understand how hard that is,” LeBron stated, referencing Bronny’s commitment post-surgery.

Bronny’s indifference to public opinion has made a strong impression on LeBron.

“He doesn’t care. It doesn’t bother him,” LeBron concluded.
