The Memphis Grizzlies have declined their $14.8 million option on Luke Kennard for the 24-25 season. Both Kennard and the Grizzlies have interest in a restructured contract. The Grizzlies would have been over the first apron had they picked up their option on Kennard.

Kennard averaged 11.0 points, 2.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists in 25.6 minutes over 39 games last season. Kennard shot 45.0 percent on three-pointers and is a career 43.9 percent shooter.

Kennard is represented by Steven Heumann, Aaron Mintz and Dave Spahn.
