Man United believe they will receive some concrete offers for Christian Eriksen before the end of the transfer window.
Manchester United are yet to strengthen their midfield area this summer, though you do get the impression that a signing will be made in that position if a feasible option arises.
It may be reliant on clearing space within the dressing room first. Earlier today, we covered a claim which suggested Scott McTominay was subject to heavy interest from elsewhere. However, it’s not just the Scotland international who is fetching attention…
According to Sky Sports News’ Dharmesh Sheth, Christian Eriksen is also catching the eye.
According to his information, United are now ‘expecting formal bids’ for Eriksen, with a number of clubs having ‘explored’ conditions of a deal.
Eriksen has one year left on his £150k-a-week (capology) deal, meaning United could look to sell him now, in order to not lose him for free next summer.

Once again, Sander Berge and Sofyan Amrabat are names that could potentially fill the possible void that Eriksen could leave if he does depart Old Trafford.
I’d be indifferent with this one. If Eriksen stays, he’s good depth to have and there aren’t many better passers within that current dressing room. If Eriksen leaves, it does pave the way for United to bring in a potentially better player
It all comes down to whether the players wants to leave now, or stick around for 12 months and walk away upon the expiry of his contract.
