Here are our player ratings as Man United drew 0-0 away at Crystal Palace.
Andre Onana – Made an incredible double save in the second half to preserve his clean sheet. 7/10
Noussair Mazraoui – Continues to be consistent in that right-back slot. Solid defensively and always willing to join in on the attack. 7/10
Matthijs de Ligt – Defended well throughout. Had a glorious early chance with a header but it was saved. 6/10
Lisandro Martinez – Perhaps lucky to stay on the field after a careless two-footed tackle. Was his typical self aside from that one. 6/10
Diogo Dalot – One of his better games to start this campaign. Helped the attacks flow nicely with his quick passing and decision making. Not really tested defensively. 7/10
Kobbie Mainoo – His performances continue to go under the radar, but he’s still so impressive in that midfield. 7/10
Christian Eriksen – United look much more fluid with the Dane in the side. The problem? He doesn’t have the legs he used to. It’s a weird situation, but I’d continue to start him. 7/10
Bruno Fernandes – Worked hard as per usual, though his final ball was often lacking in this one. That’s just the nature of his game. 5/10
Alejandro Garnacho – United’s biggest threat. Hit the bar with an unlucky effort and constantly caused problems down that left-hand side. 7/10
Amad – So calm and comfortable on the ball. Involved in some brilliant link-up play. 6/10
Joshua Zirkzee – He’s brilliant in those interplay situations and so comfortable on the ball. United’s attack didn’t look the same when he was subbed off. 7/10
Subs:
Manuel Ugarte – Nice to see him out there.
Rasmus Hojlund – Made his injury return.
Marcus Rashford – Didn’t really get involved.
