Man United have made their decision on Marcus Rashford, with the Reds ready to cash in on the Englishman.

Marcus Rashford is viewed by many as the Manchester United poster boy. It makes sense. The Englishman is a local hero – both on and off the field. He’s also the main goal-getter for the Old Trafford side.

Under INEOS, things are expected to change. The club will tighten the purse strings and try to cut down the hefty wage structure that’s currently in place at the Theatre of Dreams.

Rashford is the biggest earner, though that money may not be justified on the back of a really poor season from himself.

Now, according to HITC, United are ‘ready to let’ the key star leave the club this summer, with PSG set to rekindle their interest in the Englishman.

PSG themselves recently lost Kylian Mbappe, so it would make sense for the Ligue 1 side to make a big splash in order to replace their talisman.

According to HITC, the Reds have been left ‘bewildered’ at the player’s loss of form, while Rashy has also been involved in some off-field problems, leading to disciplinary action being taken.

Honestly, if you’re a high-paid player who is not performing on the field, while having serious issues of it, you’re simply not worth the hassle. Rashford has to be banging in the goals for his poor behaviour to continue. United recognise that cannot happen, hence, they’re open to his sale.

While it would be sad to see Rashy leave, it’s hard to defend him. Football is a results business. He is not providing the goods right now. I never thought I’d envisage a scenario where he’d be dropped for a major international tournament. Yet here we are.
