Minnesota Timberwolves rookie point guard Rob Dillingham says that new veteran teammate Mike Conley Jr. is helping him adjust as a smaller NBA defender.

(via Minnesota Timberwolves):

“I was talking to Mike about defense because he came in as a small guard. So really just sitting ’em one way because when you send ’em both ways, they can do whatever, and NBA players, they’re good, so you gotta at least cut off one side and play ’em straight up. So really just playing one side, and also, giving an extra effort.”
