Professional Boxing Career

Madrimov turned professional in 2018, and his impact was immediate, winning his first five fights by knockout. He made a statement with a knockout victory in his debut fight, showcasing his power and technical prowess, against Vladimir Hernandez in a 10-round bout, stopped short in the sixth.

He won a title in his second bout, the WBA Inter-Continental super-welterweight belt.

He has fought in America, Uzbekistan, England and Saudi Arabia.

He is managed by Russian Vadim Kornilov of Brigade Sports, who also manages Dmitriy Bivol and Murodjon Akhmadaliev.

On December 17, 2021, Madrimov fought Michel Soro, who was ranked #1 by the WBA at super welterweight, in an eliminator for the WBA championship. Madrimov won by technical knockout in the ninth.
