Hoci Cymru is delighted to announce a new two-year partnership with Skin Wrkout, an organisation that specialises in skincare around physical activity.
As part of our collaboration, the Skin Wrkout brand will feature on the back of Hoci Cymru shirts, as seen during August’s Summer Series in which our Senior Men and Women played against Austria and Malaysia respectively.
Skin Wrkout will also support Hoci Cymru athletes during intense periods of exercise, allowing our players to properly look after their skin when representing their nation.
We are also excited to introduce the Skin Wrkout product to the wider hockey community in Wales.
The idea of Skin Wrkout was born from the lack of a skincare solution for people who partake in physical activity. Skin Wrkout came about as a brand that could provide a skincare routine specifically designed for those who sweat.
Hoci Cymru’s newest partners strive to offer a solution that cleanses, hydrates, nourishes, and protects the skin, doing so naturally. Skin Wrkout utilise only the highest quality natural ingredients grown by using environmentally friendly farming methods, as well as using fully recyclable packaging.

Hoci Cymru CEO, Paul Whapham, commented:
“It may be something that often goes unnoticed, but pre- and post-workout skincare is crucial, as demonstrated by Skin Wrkout’s work.
“Hoci Cymru strives to offer its athletes an environment that fosters wellbeing as well as success, and providing Skin Wrkout’s skincare solutions during intense periods of training and fixtures will help us do this.
“We are also excited to bring this practise to the wider community, offering clubs and their members the chance to utilise Skin Wrkout’s brilliant products to support the health of athletes’ skin.”
Skin Wrtkout Co-Founder, Victoria Barnes, added:
“We are incredibly excited to partner with Hoci Cymru and support their athletes in maintaining healthy, resilient skin. As a brand dedicated to those who engage in physical activity, we understand the unique skincare challenges athletes face. By providing products that cleanse, nourish, hydrate, and protect the skin, we aim to enhance the overall well-being of the players.”
Skin Wrkout Co-Founder, Harrison Rose, also stated:
“This partnership allows us to extend our reach to the vibrant hockey community in Wales, promoting the importance of proper skincare for optimal performance. We look forward to a successful collaboration and to seeing the positive impact our products will have on Hoci Cymru athletes and fans alike.”
