The numbers handed to our Denmark duo Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Hojlund hint the pair will be key starters for Kasper Hjulmand’s men.

Eriksen is handed the no.10, befitting his creative playmaking skills, while centre-forward Hojlund is pleasingly taking on the no.9 jersey.

The Scandinavians, who reached the semi-finals last time around at the European Championship, open their Group C campaign against Slovenia on Sunday.

Altay Bayindir is Turkey’s no.12 as he faces a battle with Mert Gunok and Ugurcan Cakir to don the gloves for the Group F hopefuls.
