The New York Giants opened their two-day mandatory minicamp on Tuesday at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. It came two days after tight end Darren Waller announced his NFL retirement.
The Giants entered the day with one spot remaining open on their 90-man roster but that may only be temporary (more on that in a moment).
On Wednesday, the team will conduct their second and final practice of minicamp before breaking for the summer. They will return in late July for training camp.
