Jarrett Allen and the Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to a three-year, $91 million contract extension. The contract is the maximum Allen was allowed to sign with the Cavaliers at this time. Allen is now under contract for $131 million over the next five seasons. Allen is represented by Jim Tanner and Derrick Powell.
Allen previously re-signed with the Cavaliers as a free agent in 2021 on a five-year, $100 million deal. The Cavaliers have also signed Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley to contract extensions this offseason.
In 77 games last season, Allen averaged 16.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.1 blocks in 31.7 minutes.Â
