Mason Greenwood is all set to leave Man United this summer, with Juventus the latest club to show an interest.

We’ve said it plenty of times already, but Manchester United are set to undergo major change this summer. INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe are ready to place their own stamp on proceedings at Old Trafford. It’ll be intriguing to see how it plays out.

First and foremost, it’s about clearing the decks and generating some extra funds for the manager to use. Perhaps the big ticket item for potential buying sides is Mason Greenwood. The Englishman has been disowned by large portions of Reds fans following his antics in January 2022. It’s worth noting, he seems to be doing well for Getafe while on loan in Spain.

Big clubs are now circling for his signature. FC Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have both been credited with an interest in the attacker. Now, according to Gazzetta, Juventus are also keen.

The Old Lady are said to be on the hunt for technique, dribbling and imagination. Greenwood has those attributes in abundance. Gazzetta state that the 22-year-old is all set to leave this summer, as it’s the last chance United will receive a fee for the winger, who is out of contract in 2025.

With another European giant interested, United will be hoping a bidding war follows for Greenwood, though the fee they receive will be limited by his contract situation.

Gazzetta state that Greenwood will ‘certainly not’ be free in July, though cheaper than his typical market value due to not playing football for about eighteen months.

It feels like there’s no way back (rightly) for Greenwood in Manchester, though it does look as though the club could receive a semi-decent fee for the wide man. Anything in excess of £25m+ would feel like a major win.

What do you think is a reasonable fee for Mason Greenwood? Let us know your thoughts in the comment box below.
