The New York Giants announced they are hiring James Ferentz as their new assistant offensive line coach. He will be under first year unit coach Carmen Bricillo, who was hired earlier this year to replace Bobby Johnson.

Ferentz, 34, is the son of legendary Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz where he also played his college ball. Ferentz, an offensive lineman who played for Houston, Denver and New England in his lightyear NFL career.
He appeared in 61 games, starting 10, and has two Super Bowl rings from his time with the Broncos and Patriots.
Ferentz played under Bricillo in New England from 2019-21.
