Several players are likely to be in contention for top spot this year. Reviewing the individual Player of the Month awards, two Reds have won it on two occasions this term –Â Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes.
Casemiro, Scott McTominay, Kobbie Mainoo, Rasmus Hojlund and Andre Onana have also picked up the monthly trophy in 2023/24.
When assessing consistency across the course of the campaign, Diogo Dalot and Harry Maguire are also surely worthy of consideration.
