Zalgiris Kaunas has secured the services of versatile big man Alen Smailagic from Partizan Belgrade, finalizing a multi-year agreement.
The 23-year-old center brings significant experience from his three seasons with Partizan, including two in the EuroLeague.
Last season, he averaged 5.5 points and 2.2 rebounds in 31 EuroLeague appearances.
Smailagic was drafted 39th overall in the 2019 NBA Draft, subsequently signing a multi-year contract with the Golden State Warriors.
During his time with Golden State and Santa Cruz, Smailagic amassed 29 NBA appearances.
